Biltong is air-dried beef that is sliced into tender strips of deliciousness!

Biltong is rich in protein at around 16 grams per 1oz serving, & VERY low in carbs, at less than 1 gram, making it a “go to” keto snack.

How to Shop With Us

We currently offer shipping on our Biltong products. The rest of our products you can order online and pick up at our farm store from 2-5 pm on Fridays, & 9-noon every Saturday! Shop our other products here.

Biltong is currently available for shipping! Shop online and have it shipped directly to your door (or a friend's!).

Our bone broth and beef is currently available for farm pickup. Submit a form online and pickup at our farm store. Open Friday 3-6pm, and Saturday from 8-12pm.
