How It's Made
First we cut the beef into strips, then marinate.
Next we put the strips in our air-dryer for 4-5 days.
Finally we slice it!

Biltong is air-dried Beef that is sliced into tender strips of deliciousness! Biltong is rich in protein at around 16 grams per 1oz serving, & VERY low in carbs, at less than 1 gram, making it a “go to” keto snack.
Our Biltong is made without the use of chemical preservatives or nitrates. We use traditional spices with all-natural ingredients you will be familiar with like salt, pepper, vinegar, coriander, cayenne pepper, & garlic.
Biltong is an excellent source of iron, B12, zinc, & amino acids-making it a PERFECT snack without the guilt!
Biltong is currently available for shipping! Shop online and have it shipped directly to your door (or a friend's!).
Our bone broth and beef is currently available for farm pickup. Submit a form online and pickup at our farm store. Open Saturday from 9-3pm.
